- The raffle is open to all fans of the Sony Ericsson PH page who are citizens and residents of the Philippines.
- The fan must be at least 13 years old to be eligible for the raffle.
- The Sony Ericsson PH administrator will raffle off the phone to all fans registered as of June 30, 2011.
- The winning fan must have a verifiable legal identity and Facebook account. Bogus accounts or aliases will not be considered. Sony Ericsson reserves the right to disqualify a participant who does not meet these conditions.
- The winning fan will be announced on the page on Monday, July 4, 2011.
- The winner will also be notified via PM, email or text. The winner will be provided procedures for claiming their prize upon accepting the notification.
