I checked out this giveaway/contest. I signed up and checked if Boutique to You delivers to our country, the Philippines. Unfortunately, they don't since it's not even listed when you sign up and register your shipping address. Just an FYI. :)

But the contest term says that they will ship to other countries but winner
    shoulders the shipping fee.

The thing is the $250 you can win from them can only be used at their online store. So, if you create an account and setup your shipping address, you can't set your country to Philippines. I guess if the winner is from the Philippines, they can just send in a request for special mailing or delivery since they didn't indicate or list any countries that aren't eligible.

And they said the winner will shoulder the shipping fee IF the total amount of the items PLUS the charge for shipping exceeds $250. If you don't go over the amount, it's free. And if you're from the US, ground shipping is free.

Or have the items sent to a relative in the US
