Powerbooks wants to know what you are planning to read this summer. Send them an artwork with the list of the top 5 books you want this summer, and get the chance to have all those 5 books in your summer reading list for FREE.

Mechanics:
1. Be a Facebook fan of Powerbooks.
2. Create an artwork featuring:

• The top 5 books you want to win for free this summer
• Indicate in 100 words or less:
  • Why these books?
  • Where you plan to enjoy these books this summer?
  • Why is Powerbooks your favorite place to buy books?

3. Send your artwork, along with your answers, to Powerbooks at powerbookssummer@gmail.com

• Include the answers to the questions above as a caption to your artwork in 100 words or less.
• The artworks, along with the answers, will be posted on a Photo Album entitled “WHAT’S ON YOUR SUMMER READING LIST? Promo Entries” in the Powerbooks Fan Page on April 8, 2010, to be voted on by Powerbooks Fans.
• Artworks with no answers, or vice versa, will not be posted.

4. 2 winners will be selected at the end of the promo period.
5. Promo Period: March 15 to April 6, 2010
6. Deadline of submission: April 6, 2010
7. Voting Period for Fans: April 8 to 14, 2010
8. Announcement of winners: April 19, 2010
9. Criteria for Judging:

• 40%: number of “likes” votes from the fan page
• 40%: overall appeal of submitted artwork (from judges’ votes)
• 20%: write-up about the summer wish list

10. Winners will be announced on April 19 in the Powerbooks Facebook Fan Page wall.
11. Claiming of Prizes: Instruction on how to claim the books will be emailed to the winners.

Prizes:
1. Two winners will chosen at the end of the promo
2. The top 5 books chosen by the winners will be given to them for FREE provided that these terms are met:

• Books are available
• No duplication of books (there should be 5 different kinds of books)
• Box sets are excluded
• Total cost of the 5 books will not exceed P5000. In the event that the cost if over P5000 and winner still prefers on getting the books of choice, excess amount will be shouldered by him/her.
