- From the top 15 Semi-Finalists, 10 photographs will be pre-selected by a panel of Three (3) MooPlace.com nominated judges to become the top 10 finalists regardless of the number of votes it garnered. MooPlace.com’s judges decision will be final and no further correspondence can be entered into.
- MooPlace members will vote for their favorite among the top 10 finalists.
