Cinema Europa, the annual film festival organized by the European Commission to the Philippines, will open on September 10, 2009 at Shang Cinema. This year, the Netherlands embassy will sponsor a packaged tour to a lucky viewer who fills up the survey which will be distributed after every screening. Download the screening schedules here.
